Anxiety knows no age barriers, as it can affect people from infancy to adulthood, often triggered by traumatic experiences, pressures of modern society, global or local events and can also be a predisposition.
It's essential to acknowledge that there are natural approaches to support anxiety, such as supplements, herbal remedies, flower essences, and lifestyle adjustments.
However, it is imperative that these methods are thoughtfully assessed for potential interactions with existing medications when integrated into a wellness plan.
